WordPress Maintenance doesn’t provide SEO services specifically, but I can track the positions of your most important key phrases, and include that info in the monthly reports if you like.

Routine scans of your site will detect and report on any broken links found in your WordPress site.

Once you sign up and provide login credentials, after I do a Website Evaluation, I’ll have your plan up and running within a week.

Although these plans are designed for sites that were built by me, I welcome clients who are looking for a long term partner with a professional and dedicated webmaster.

I first like to do a Website Evaluation to become familiar with the website, how it was built and to fix issues that I find. With the evaluation, I will perform all the “Website Updates and Monitoring” tasks and make a full backup. Most importantly I will make list of issues to fix and suggestions for improvement needed in order to proceed with the website on a monthly care plan. This Website Evaluation starts at €95 to €195 depending on the size of the website.

If you have an enhancement or task I will submit a quote for you to approve separately from your plan. I will evaluate requests, and with approval, will complete them at my current support rate of 50 Euro/hour. This may include an array of tasks such as: adding content, removing content, adding new pictures, taking down old pictures, listing items on sale, adding pages. You name it I can do it. 

My website care plans are preventative care, so I do my best to prevent anything from happening. However, in the event that your website has a major issue, I will be there by its side communicating with the web hosting company on your behalf. I do not make guarantees that your website will not be hacked, but I will do everything within my power to prevent it, as well as assist in the restoration and cleanup of the website with one of my backups.

Absolutely. I am laser-focused on you and your website, so I would be sad to see you go but I know that financial needs weigh on many decisions and don’t want to lock anyone in. Request a cancellation via email and I will immediately stop the next payment.

I’ll work with anybody regardless of their hosting provider. I realise that every website has different needs and that clients have different budgets and hosting requirements.

Yes, the standard way I bill is an invoice at the end of every month with a link to pay by credit card with sumUp. I also offer the ability the pay quarterly, bi-annually or yearly in advance by the payment option above.
